Stage tips — during a performance
When a dancer performs on the main stage, she is putting on a show for everyone in the club. If you enjoy her performance — leave a tip. It is the simplest way to show your appreciation.
How much? In Krakow, the standard stage tip is 20–50 PLN. There is no fixed amount — give what you want and what you can. Even 20 PLN is appreciated. For an outstanding performance, guests often leave 100 PLN or more.
How do you do it? Place the note on the edge of the stage or hand it directly to the dancer. Never throw money — it is vulgar and disrespectful. Don't wave banknotes to get attention. Discretion and respect above all.
Tipping after a private dance
A private dance is an individual, exclusive performance. The dancer devotes all her time and energy to you. At Royal Island, private dance prices are:
- 15 minutes — 666 PLN
- 30 minutes — 1300 PLN
- 60 minutes — 1990 PLN
The standard tip after a private dance is 10–20% of the service price. For a 15-minute session, that means 70–130 PLN. It is not compulsory, but it is appreciated and shows class.
If the dancer gave her all and the evening was exceptional — a tip is the best way to say thank you. Good tips build rapport — the dancer will remember you and your next visit will be even better.
Tipping the bartender
A bartender at a strip club works just as hard as in any other venue. The standard rule: 5–10 PLN per drink or 10% of the bill. If you order a premium bottle, a tip of 10–15% is appropriate.
Why bother? A good rapport with the bartender is your ticket to a better evening. They will remember your name, suggest the best drinks and serve you faster. In a club where many guests are vying for attention, it makes a difference.
Tipping VIP staff
If you use a VIP room and have a dedicated waiter or hostess, tipping is standard. 50–100 PLN for the evening is a good rule. For large groups or exceptional service — more.
Tipping security
Security staff don't usually expect tips, but a small gesture is always appreciated. If a doorman helped you with a table, sorted something extra or you simply want to show gratitude — 20–50 PLN discreetly. Don't make a spectacle of it.
When NOT to tip

- Don't tip as a bribe — to skip the queue, get special treatment or break the club's rules
- Don't tip to force interaction — a tip does not entitle you to anything. The dancer owes you nothing.
