The route runs mostly through the pedestrian zone of the Old Town. The whole distance is on foot — no taxi, no fuss.

Exit Hotel Globus onto ul. Floriańska and head south (toward the Main Square).
After about 50 metres you reach the Main Square.
Walk along the eastern frontage of the Main Square, passing St Mary's Basilica.
Turn left into ul. Św. Jana.
Royal Island at number 8, on the right.
